I believe finding a ‘good fit’ in a therapist is so important. Feeling comfortable to be able to build trust is what makes it work.

I am committed to checking in with you as we go to ensure we're on track towards positive change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with adults and adolescents for almost twenty years. I received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Villanova University in 2002, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at The University of Chicago in 2004.

FIND FREEDOM FROM WITHIN.

Helping adolescents and adults achieve clarity and a sense of purpose in a collaborative , therapeutic space...

Therapy consists of 50-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, I will ask questions and share thoughts when it's helpful, I play an active role.

Here’s how it will work step-by-step:

1. First, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space so that you will feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and fears with me.

2. Through listening to you, I will start to get an idea of what is feeling heavy for you.

3. We will start with finding relief in day to day activities.

4. We will also identify patterns that may not be working to help reach your goals.

5. Keeping your unique goals in mind, we’ll figure out what’s needed to help you reach them.

6. Over the course of our sessions, the therapeutic relationship that we build together will start to help you develop lasting change in your life.
